Our customer is one of the world’s leading logistics service provider with 700 locations in 45 countries with more than 20.000 employees globally.In this position, you will support the Air & Ocean Forwarding division which manages the flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain.
We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Executive ( Sales Manager) to develop the business with new customers in Southern Poland. As an Sales Executive, you will oversee sales revenue generation, develop sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals within the region / area, in close cooperation with our Customer Service and operational team members.
Develop new business in Air, Oceanfreight
Plan, manage and invest in critical relationships between potential customers and our organization
Direct involvement with the customer service department in partnership with the local branch manager and other Sales Leaders
Cooperation with Key Account Managers.
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related field
Broad understanding of the forwarding industry and deep knowledge on products (Air Freight and Ocean Freight) and business models
Ability to thrive in a matrix environment.
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Creativity in developing innovative solutions and ability to present solutions to clients & internal sales and operations staff
Excellent systems knowledge to include Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel in Poland and other destinations as needed
